Gustavo Frederick Ayala Sr. and Marguerite Baez

Gustavo Frederick Ayala Sr. was born on October 27, 1907,⁷ in Key West.⁷  On March 7, 1929,⁷ he married Marguerite Baez,⁷ who was born in Philadelphia,⁷ on November 1, 1907.⁷  They they had three children, Gustavo,⁷ Melvin,⁷ and Barbara Ayala.⁷  Gustavo, the father, died on August 6, 1983,⁷ and is buried in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Tampa.⁷  Marguerite moved to Houston in late 2001 to live with her daughter, Barbara.⁷
