Sarah Elizabeth (Libby) Ayala and John Edward Odell

Sarah Elizabeth (Libby) Ayala was born on July 12, 1916,¹ in Tampa,¹ and, in December 1947,¹ at the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Key West,¹ married John Edward Odell,¹ then a US Navy LCDR [lieutenant commander] on duty at the naval air station in Key West.¹  John retired as a captain and they settled in Colorado Springs, CO ¹ where Libby died of cancer in May 1983.¹  They had two children, John ¹ and Barbara Odell.¹
